I love being at Heal The City. So many precious things from my life started here. I am grateful for the experience and the adventure. Our patients are the absolute best! They teach me so much about myself and about how much God loves us. They show me grace and show me how to love the way that He does.
My husband, Jonathan, and I have a beautiful family together. We have five kids, three dogs, and a cat. My journey to HTC has been 20 years in the making. I have been blessed to be born and raised in the wonderful city of Amarillo. I graduated pharmacy school here and met my amazing husband, Ricky here. We now have a beautiful daughter and son that keep me busy! I am so thankful to be a part of a great ministry in which I can serve my community as a pharmacist and be given the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives.

I graduated from West Texas A&M University with a Master of Science in Social Work. Having my degree has provided me with the opportunity to meet and help people in the Texas Panhandle and has made me aware of the importance of having adequate medical care. Heal the City is doing amazing things for our community becoming part of this great organization is such a great honor.
I am the wife to an amazing rancher. We live to serve not to be served (Mark 10:45). I arrived at HTC on July 2018. I previously worked at Arrow Child and Family Ministries and Amarillo Children's Home serving little ones in need of love and compassion and someone to trust. It is a privilege to now work and serve for such an amazing ministry.

I am married to my best friend of 23 years, Brandon, and mother of two wonderful girls. After working as a dental hygienist in a private practice for 18 years, I was offered the gift to head up the dental clinic at Heal The City. On my days off, I enjoy watching my oldest daughter play golf and cooking very unusual meals with my adventurous younger daughter. I also volunteer with other nonprofit groups in our areas. I have been amazed with how generous and loving our great community has responded to the needs of our neighbors.

Even though I may do so more indirectly and behind the scenes, I am humbled to work along side our incredible staff and witness the changes that happen here. I am a lifelong native of Amarillo, TX and I’m proud to call it home. I am a wife and mother to a sweet little boy and when I’m not working you’ll find me playing along side him, probably in the dirt.

I am a wife to an amazing husband, Jerry, and a mom to three children. I have been a nurse for 21 years and a nurse practitioner for 15. As a provider at Heal The City, I have the opportunity to share God’s love and hope as I partner with our patients, and their families, in their health journeys by offering them treatment, guidance, teaching, prayer, encouragement, and celebration. The adversities, circumstances and battles that our patients have overcome, or are trying to overcome, are a blessing and inspiration to me daily.
My name is Maren Brady, and I am a recent graduate of Baylor University. I am excited to serve at Heal the City and learn from individuals who are deeply invested in providing quality healthcare to patients that upholds their dignity first and foremost!

I have been a pharmacy tech for 8 years. I’ve worked at various pharmacies over the years from retail to compounding. I am now proud and blessed to be part of the Heal the City family and all the good they do for our community. I quickly fell in love with the presence of God here. You can literally feel Him walking in the doors.
I recently graduated from Baylor University and am excited to serve alongside Heal The City in Amarillo! I look forward to learning everything I can from patients and the dedicated and intelligent staff who work here.
I am the vision coordinator here at Heal the City, and I help our patients with eye exams and glasses. I started volunteering as a translator back In August of 2018, and I have now become part of the amazing staff at Heal the City.

I am a mother of four incredible children and a part-time student pursuing a bachelor’s degree as a Medical Laboratory Scientist through the University of Cincinnati. I have a huge desire to love on and heal our patients at HTC, and it is my honor and privilege to be a part of this ministry showing God’s love through servanthood.
I graduated from Caprock High School in 2010. I attended Amarillo College and Vista College. I worked for a Neurologist for two years, and found out about Heal the City and the amazing work they do for their patients. I am now a CMA at Heal the City, and I can say with great pride and joy the love and respect that I have for my job and every single one of our patients.

I started volunteering at Heal the city as a translator and I have been blessed beyond measure with the opportunity to join such a fun and loving group of staff. I am currently a student at Texas Tech University, and I aspire to become a physician so that I can continue to serve the amazing city of Amarillo which I call home. HTC has allowed me to meet and serve some of the most deserving individuals in our community through the Shalom food program. HTC is living proof of what a good God we have and I am thankful to have been called to love and serve others all while pursuing my passion for medicine.

I am the community and outreach pastor for VIDA church here in Amarillo. My two goals in life are to Love God and to love all of his people. I am excited to be serving as a Chaplain here at Heal the City.

I am a recent graduate from Baylor University and am coming to Amarillo all the way from Williamsburg, Virginia. Growing up with an older brother who has special needs has given me a calling to serve others in the healthcare field. I am excited to be able to combine my love for God and my calling to work in healthcare here at Heal the City. After this year, I will be attending VCU's School of Dentistry where I hope to apply what I have learned about patient care from Heal the City.

I knew, however, that I wanted to make an impact in other people's lives. I worked at Pampa's WIC Clinic in 2018, and was recently given the opportunity to work here at Heal the City. I am loving this place far more than I knew I would. I am married to my wonderful husband who gave me the greatest gift of all, our son. I was born and raised in Amarillo and met the wonderful man who swept me off my feet, Anthony, and we are blessed to raise our little family here, too. I received my Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from WTAMU and my Master’s of Art in Professional Counseling from LETU. I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing. My hobbies include reading mystery novels, spending time outdoors, painting, watching movies and spending as much time as humanly possible snuggling a fast growing little kiddo.

I love being a member of the Heal the City family because nothing brings me more joy than to help put a smile on someone's face, even if it is done indirectly through working behind the scenes in the accounting office.
KAYLA WHITE, MPH, RD, LD
I have been volunteering as a nutrition educator for Heal the City since 2018, and I love teaching patients about nutrition. I currently work at Northwest Texas Healthcare System providing outpatient nutrition counseling. My past work experience has been working in food pantries and researching ways to improve the nutritional quality of food banks and food pantries across the US. My wonderful husband, Corey, is a youth pastor at a local church and I volunteer with him most evenings.
