DR. ALAN KEISTER
I am a native West Texan blessed by an amazing wife and 4 daughters, who happens to practice medicine in my spare time when I am not herding cats. I volunteer at Heal the City because this is a dream God has given me to pursue and make a difference in my hometown
I have been a real estate appraiser and Amarillo resident for 36 years. We are all called to a life of service in the Lord, and HTC represents the most critical service to the most in need in our community.
DR. ESTELLE ARCHER
I was born and raised here in Amarillo, TX. I graduated from the University of Texas in Austin and then attended University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in 1986. I have been an Obstetrics & Gynecology Specialist in Amarillo, TX for over 30 years. I am affiliated with medical facilities Baptist Saint Anthony's Hospital and Northwest Texas Healthcare System.
I currently am the Executive Vice President of Amarillo National Bank and I serve on the Board of Directors for the bank. I am also a member and past chair of the Amarillo Area Foundation and a member of the Texas Cattle Feeders Association's Finance and Tax Committee. I received my Bachelor of Science in Ag Economics from Texas Tech University.
I am a West Texas native and happily married with three sons. After 18 years of private law practice at a leading Dallas law firm and 5 years serving as general counsel for one of Texas’ largest home health care providers, I joined Brown & Fortunato, where I am a shareholder and director. My general business practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate governance, business start-ups and general business advice. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, hiking, reading and hunting.
I was born and raised on a family ranch near Dalhart and have lived in Amarillo for 28 years. My 28 years at Amarillo Gear has given me many opportunities, including exposure to many parts of the world, in all its diversity. This has helped me better understand the many needs that are prevalent right here in our backyard. What a true privilege and honor it is to be associated with the Lord’s work being performed through Heal the City, its staff and many volunteers in helping so many with health needs in our community.
I am President, CEO & CLO of Baptist Community services in Amarillo, Texas, and have been with this non-profit organization and its predecessor organizations for almost 30 years. Baptist Community Services and its affiliates are privileged to assist the programs of Heal the City and to help in furthering its mission of serving those who otherwise might not be served.
I am a longtime community volunteer with a passion for helping others, especially in health care. Heal The City for me is a "Humanitarian" mission, which is why I volunteer.
I serve as Chief Executive Officer of Amarillo Urology Associates and AUA Surgical Center. In addition to a BS in Accounting and an MBA in Healthcare Management, I am a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Master Black Belt. I have been fortunate enough to be a sounding board for many years to Dr. Keister and his idea for a free medical clinic to help the underserved in Amarillo. I am honored to serve on the Heal The City board and it is truly amazing to see God’s hand at work through Heal the City.

DR. SHARI MEDFORD
For 17 years I have been in private pediatric practice at Amarillo Children's Clinic. I have been blessed to serve impoverished children in third world countries on short mission trips over the past 10 years. This was a very rewarding experience for me. I was very excited to when given the opportunity to serve children in our local area that have limited access to medical care. I passionate about the children, and I feel Heal the City meets a need that was previously not filled in the community.
I serve as President and Creative Director of Double U Marketing & Communications, a local ad agency founded in 2009. I am blessed to help enhance our wonderful community on a number of levels, including serving on the Heal the City Board of Directors. I am beyond honored to be part of HTC's amazing mission to transform lives and provide hope.
