HOW DO I GET AN APPOINTMENT?
For Acute Care patients, call (806) 231-0364 for a triage process to schedule an appointment.
CAN I BE SEEN THE SAME DAY IF IT IS URGENT?
Yes. Patients are advised that all acute and urgent calls after 3:00 p.m. might be scheduled for an appointment the next day.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?
• A Picture ID (if you have one)
• Medications currently taking
• ER records (if applicable)
DOES HEAL THE CITY GIVE OUT FOOD?
Hillside Christian Church is generous enough to donate their time for our community. If you are in need of a free meal, stop by at Heal The City on Wednesday at 12:45 and enjoy the delicious food that is provided.
DOES HEAL THE CITY OFFER IMMUNIZATIONS FOR CHILDREN?
Yes, Heal the City offers free-of-charge vaccinations for children. Please call (806) 231-0364 for an appointment. Anyone who is 18 or younger and is not enrolled in Medicaid, does not have health insurance, or is an American Indian / Native Alaskan qualifies.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO HAVE MY CHILD IMMUNIZED?
Parents must bring a current copy of each child’s immunization record.
A signed note must be provided from the parent or legal guardian, if they are not present with the child.
The note must include:

Child’s name and date of birth

Name of adult (18 or older) bringing the child to be immunized

Name of parent or legal guardian that is giving their permission
WHAT DENTAL SERVICES DOES HEAL THE CITY OFFER?
We do offer acute dental services. Referrals for area dentists who can do extractions and fillings may be given if needed. Patients may call (806) 231-0364 to begin the process.
