As a client you have the right to view your mental health care records. If you desire to view your records, contact your therapist.

As a client you have the right to contact you therapist’s licensing board. You can contact the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council at Contact Us – Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council

If you feel that your therapist violated an ethical standard you have the right to file a complaint. All complaints are anonymous and do not affect your services with Heal the City. You can file a consumer complaint at Consumer Protection | Office of the Attorney General
