Level I (Beginner)
  • Yoga FlowConscious movement and deep relaxation. This is a non-strenuous class with a therapeutic approach focused on breathing, stretching, and smooth flow movements.

  • Tai ChiIs an ancient martial arts discipline that helps the person learn balance and coordination. This is also a great class for individuals with chronic conditions such as arthritis and joint or tissue inflammation, among others. The movements are slow and detailed and follow a predictable progression.

  • Matter of BalanceThis class uses chairs and basic functional movements to improve strength, flexibility and balance.

  • Functional Fitness: The focus of this class centers around the concept of incorporating the proper technique into everyday movement while creating a stable foundation for an individual’s introduction into health and fitness.

  • Faith Fuzed Fitness: Similar to matter of balance, this class will ease your mind and refocus you to the willingness of our father in a relaxing class that you can let go and let God’s love take care of you.

  • Yoga Flow: Conscious movement and deep relaxation. This is a non-strenuous class with a therapeutic approach focused on breathing, stretching, and smooth flow movements.

  • Water Aerobics: Tone and sculpt your body without any impact on the joints. This Workout is a mixture of cardio and endurance training and can incorporate resistance tools such as buoyant water weights and noodles.

  • Basic Strength & Stretch: Simple strength movements using a variety of equipment. This class is designed for all fitness levels (participants should be able to get on and off the floor).

Level II (Intermediate)

  • Zumba: This fitness program is inspired by various rhythms and dancing styles. Fun for all ages and fitness levels.

  • QuickFit: This Intermediate class is designed to give you a full-body workout in 30 minutes. (Participants should be able to get on and off the floor.)

  • Chisel & Burn: This class is designed to help shed the excess fat all while shedding fat and building strength. 

  • Core Fusion: This class is a 20 minute, high-energy core-focused strength class.

  • POUND: Pound fitness is a combination of cardio and weight training exercise approach that includes some of the rhythmic techniques used in Pilates. A full-body workout that usually lasts 45 minutes to an hour, Pound includes exercises that involve alternate squatting and standing to strengthen the inner and outer thighs, buttocks, core muscles, and back muscles. Many of the positions used in Pound are ideal for helping maintain and improve balance.
